CLOWNING, ETC. Cheri's interactive stage show includes a skit (complete with props and costumes), storytelling, music,
singing, drumming, magic tricks, clowning around and balloon sculptures. Although Cheri's shows
are geared towards kids, they have universal appeal. Adults and children laugh themselves silly as they watch
Cheri slowly but surely transform herself into a clown through a story she wrote entitled: Penelope -- The Girl Who Wore Too Much.
WHO SAID VAUDEVILLE WAS DEAD?
Cheri also entertains with Sunny Marie Hackman under
the billing: "The Sunny and Cher(i)
Show." Sunny and Cheri's performances
include comedy sketches, jokes, music and sing-alongs. Magic tricks woven throughout their shows keep
the audiences on their toes. A trunkful of costumes makes the show truly vaudevillian. Both Sunny Marie
and Cheri are balloon artists, so each person leaves with a balloon sculpture. Ask about our fabulous Christmas show! ARE YOU 50 AND OVER?
Living on the sunny
side of life by maintaining a Positive Mental Attitude is the theme for the 50+ groups.
Each
show is tailored around the individual audience and provides good old-fashioned fun in a family-friendly
environment. STORYTELLING EXTRAORDINAIRE!
As a storyteller, Cheri captivates her audiences. Some of her stories are original. Others are traditional folktales
with modern interpretations and twists. Music and song are incorporated into her stories. While fun and entertaining
to listen to, Cheri's stories are profoundly deep in nature. The aftereffects linger long after the story's
conclusion.
"If stories come to you, care for them and learn to give them away where
they are needed. Sometimes a person needs a story more than food to stay alive." --
