Cheri, a native of Iowa, graduated
from the American Institute of Business (AIB) in Des Moines and worked for many years as a court reporter.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology from Regis
University in Denver, Colorado.
Cheri graduated from Colorado Clown College
in March of 1998. She is a member of the World Clown Association and the National Storytelling
Network.
Cheri is
a member of the Denver and Jeffco Spellbinders and has been a Spellbinder
since the fall of 2000, www.spellbinders.org.
Cheri is a frequent guest/storyteller on KRFC in Ft. Collins, 88.9 FM,
6:30 p.m. with Host Katy Little -- Katy's Tales, www.krfcfm.org.
Additionally, Cheri
has been a guest on KGNU in Boulder (Community radio for Boulder and the Front Range), 88.5 FM
(Boulder), 1390 AM (Denver), 93.7 FM (Ward/Nederland), 8 p.m. with Host Eric Patterson

Cheri
has led workshops called Bringing Stories to Life Through Music for
the National Convocation of Spellbinders, Denver, Colorado, in the fall of 2003 and Jeffco Spellbinders
in March of 2005.
Cheri, along with
fellow entertainer, Sunny Marie, produced and directed the first "OLLIE, OLLIE, OXEN FREE"
Story Slam in the Lakewood area in March of 2006. This event was featured in the July 2006 issue of
the national publication of STORYTELLING MAGAZINE for Local
Ingenuity. Ollie had an amazing 3-year run before ending after the March 2008
production.
Cheri lives with her husband,
Tom, and their dog, Ginger, on Green Mountain.
